Local is an iOS app that surfaces places by atmosphere rather than category or rating. You choose one of six moods: focus, quiet, social, energetic, productive, relaxed. The city rearranges to match.

The information architecture borrows from transit systems. Six atmospheres run as named lines across the map, each one a route through the city rather than a filter.

Onboarding. The first thing the app asks is how you want to feel.
Atmosphere map. Six lines run through the city.
Places ranked by match to the chosen atmosphere.
Place detail. Why here, read in context.
On your way. Route-aware recommendations.
Saved. The places you keep.
The six atmosphere lines. Each carries its own color scheme and scales from map pin to full-screen hero.
The floating tab bar. A single persistent surface across the app.
